Downgrade with 3.55 999 Downgrader pup (i dont want e3 or dungle)

My Question: can i overinstall a 999 downgrader pup over a spoof?

What i want?: Downgrade my ps3 to 3.55 and install a noBDfunction cfw

I had my JB like a normal one homebrew run and spoofed it , but one day i wanted to clean my console and then i removed the BD, then i wanted to start it again , the console look like a normal Jailbroken ps3. But i cant start homebrew or Games... THATs why i cant uninstall a spoof cuz my homebrew wont start !anymore! Thats why i wanted to ask to run a Downgrader 999 pup over an active spoof! <3
