Rebug doesn't have a DEX version. Their DEX version IS D-REX.

DEX doesn't need spoofing.

you have any links for me to get the update or fw I need??? I'm new to modding in general so this makes it way harder when I mess up settings like this, or should I reinstall the last update to reset the debugger?

Can you try to reinstall your firmware? If you are on 4.75 D-REX, then download that from here and just System Update normally. That should fix it.
