PlayStation Store games use the NPUB region. You put in an EBOOT that was probably for BLUS or BLES which is incompatible, so you get this error. There are probably no EBOOTS made for NPUB so I would recommend copying the game from a friend or getting it online. To play it without the EBOOT, you can delete the updates and then reinstall and don't put a modded EBOOT in.
