Post: RDR File too big for my USB(Help needed)(Can be closed)

I downloaded Red Dead redemption and i wanna copy it to my USB device but there is 1 file that has 7.1 GB and my pc says i cant copy the rdr2_layer0.rpf file to my USB because its too big:(

I wanna copy the game to my usb and after that to my ps3. I cant ftp the file to my ps3 because it will take ages:(

I hope someone can help me and tell me how to get the damn file onto my USB xD

Either your USB isn't big enough to store it or another possibility i've heard of is FAT32 i think it is only allows files 4GB or smaller so that could be the issue as well, if it was a .pkg file you can get a program to split it into smaller parts but since it's not i'm not sure what to tell you, sorry i couldn't be of more help

my usb has 32 gb free storage. its not a pkg its the complette game folder. my usb is FAT32.

But thanks for helping me

Format it to NTFS and that should solve the problem
