At first I thought it was my Internet but I fired up my ofw ps3 and it is not having any problems this has never happened to me before so I was wondering if running like 60 xp lobbies in a row whould infect my ps3 and if so how do I get rid of this

This is a problem that pretty much everyone has nowadays. I don't believe there is a fix for it. This happens to me some times.

I wish it was that simple but this is day 5 and my ofw ps3 sits right next to my cfw ps3 and it works fine I've had it happen every now and then but u shut it off and back on and it works or its not all the friends in the list but it is every friend in my list and I can't add new ones

Update is still no fix on friends list still can't add any or have any swap to dex and tmapi for no reason and hate it so far

sounds like you got some incorrect setting in "debug" settings. like network emulation. is turned on when it should be off. and a few others.

I don't know the exact settings of every thing but I looked over them and they all look right but can I no longer play games from a disc be couse they don't even show up when I put them in and my minecraft no longer works since I changed the eboot but it may be I just have wrong eboot for that

I fixed every thing now except my friends list can you show me a pic of what debug settings should look like
