At first I thought it was my Internet but I fired up my ofw ps3 and it is not having any problems this has never happened to me before so I was wondering if running like 60 xp lobbies in a row whould infect my ps3 and if so how do I get rid of this

They have a red X beside their name and are at the bottom of your friends list right? If so that happens to me all the time and as far as i know signing in and out is the only way to fix it, like when it happens to one of my friends they just sign out and back in and it's fixed.

Its been 3 days and all my friends just have a red x and it has not fixed itself hard reboot soft reboot pulling the power over night nothing but my ofw works like a charm

In that case they might have to delete you and re add you

Tryed that can't except any new friends and they won't delete so I deleted my account of made a new account tryed to add them can't just shows pending response

Well pending means they haven't accepted yet

But they did I even tryed it with my kids I have six ps3 between kids and me and I think I've tryed it all that's why I think that I may have to back up to 3.55 and re install firmware or something maybe it's a good time to go to dex

Well i mean if you'd like to go to DEX than go for it and see if it fixes your problem

Just worried about bricking it I'm not new or anything I've been jailbroken for about 3 years and did it all myself watching videos but if it don't fix then I've waisted time and still don't have the answer but I was just hoping this has happened to someone else do u have a dex firmware u suggest

Yeah go for REBUG 4.75.3 D-REX all round it's the best DEX firmware out in my opinion
