Well once it's downloaded it should say somthing like gamename.r00, gamename.r01 etc etc in a folder well in that folder extract any of those or better yet if there's a file called gamename.rar in the folder extract that and it'll merge all those gamename.r00 files into one

It's very simple, just download the torrent then FTP the game folder into your "GAMES" folder on your CFW.
