You can choose any really. Although I highly recommend Rebug. Their website can be found You must login or register to view this content. and I would recommend either 4.70.1 REX/D-REX or 4.75 REX/D-REX. They have many features that other firmwares don't such as the ability to move between CEX and DEX very easily.

DEX and CEX. I recommend DEX for SPRX. But you can't just update to DEX like that, you need to convert. If you'd like I can help you over Skype?! Also, I recommend 4.50 ITA as CCAPI 2.5 is much more stable and faster. But whatever you like.

Official – Rebug 4.75.3 is the best firmware hands down. Don't let anyone tell you any different lol. D-Rex is only for dex ps3 consoles. im guessing if you just flash your ps3 you must be on CEX

ok, i did read some things. So can i just easily change between CEX and DEX useing toolkit so it does not matter what i install?

it matters what you install. If you install d-rex you'll probably brick your ps3. Install REX
