Try deleting the game, then reinstalling your CFW and then installing the game. Do NOT replace files as it is being installed. Wait until after.

If your black screen even with homebrew your bd drive isn't in correctly. If you have a 25xx model this is common because there is a huge ribbon cable underneath the blu ray drive that needs to be put in properly or games will not read but the drive will still do everything else properly.

could there be anything wrong with the logic board?

could be the laser in the blue ray, if not then it might be a soft brick to your blue ray
