You need a 64bit processer for most RTM and RTE tools they are not compatible with win 32

i cant upgrade to win 7 on my computer cause its really old and dosnt have enhough space for the update haha

A long time ago I had the same problem. I ended up buying a new computer not long after. Now on windows 10 and everything is fine but what I did is I made my own applications in visual studio so they would work. That's how I got into coding. You are going to have to buy a new computer or upgrade unless you know how to make tools yourself which I recommend doing.
