Purchase a new cid from someone to unbanned your console. CID is strictly prohibited on ngu so you might want to try other forums or google.

Sorry to hear that... what happened, what lead up to the ban? Didnt run PSN Patch, etc?

As one of the above users said you will need to purchase a new cid from a trusted seller. Cid's are not allowed on NGU and we are also not allowed to link you to any other forums with Cid's. Once you have the Cid just set it using Control Console and you are good.
