I know that you can change your voice to go deeper... This can make your voice louder... So you can troll like this lol...

There's an option in the PS3 accessory settings. Go into settings > Accessory Settings > Voice Changer and you can make your voice go deeper or higher, otherwise you can put your mic through a tuner.
