CEX is what all retail models come on, even jailbreaks. It's what you're used to.

Do you think CEX is better for me?
CEX is better for you if you completely new modding And are looking to do basic mods. You are also able to data transfer on CEX. I have come across people saying you are not able to rtm on CEX, well this is a lie, there are plenty of rtm tools which work on both cex and dex. It is also easier to connect a rtm tool while on CEX. There are tools though which only work on DEX,

So basically, it all depends. If you would like to start in coding and mod lobbies, host game mods. Your best off with DEX but if you are new to Jailbreaks and PS3 Hacks then i would recommend you stick with "REX" Which is a combination of DEX and CEX and maybe then you could convert to DEX or stick with CEX depending on what you enjoyed and preferred.

Oh okay, I think I'll go straight to DEX then. It may be more advanced but it sounds to me I have a lower chance of getting banned which makes is a definite deal maker. And yeah I plan on hosting lobbies
