have u turned on the COBRA feature? if so, try to disable it.
check the rebug toolbox if u have any missmatch setup there..
i'm using 4.76.1 LITE, and having no problem while go online..

I'm on 4.75.3 rebug dex I can't get online is there anyway to get online do I need a spoofer or something

I'm getting server timed out and I've checked everything my other dex ps3 has in debug settings system update debug I have it on but on this ps3 it dosent have that setting.

Change NP Environment in Debug Settings from SP-INT to NP.

You should't need to spoof since you are on 4.76. Maybe try a different Rebug firmware like 4.75?
