I'm on DEX and am able to connect with Target Manager and do have a working debug eboot for all my games, but when i try to even connect any tool with tmapi it doesn't work. It either freezes then doesn't connect or gives me an error like Unable To Connect.

I am on Development Mode, System Software Mode, and Single Settings. I'm able to sign in online and play but no tools work for me. Any idea why?

Are you seriously asking that question? Besides the main reason, I have some tools that use CCAPI 2.6 which I don't use. So I need to use TMAPI and use debugger for a game I'm looking into.

Try reset ur internet ?

it's not a connection issue. Pretty sure it's the settings

How do you know if you havnt tried
maybe re install fw to reset everything

why dont u try shifting to rebug 4.70 dex fw ?

Because that would mean I'd have to use CCAPI 2.6, which is horrible. Like I said its not CFW issue anyways. I just need to see someone else's debug settings.

I've had the same issue, try to give a static ip to your ps3's mac address
