I am on Development Mode, System Software Mode, and Single Settings. I'm able to sign in online and play but no tools work for me. Any idea why?

Have you recently changed your settings? Maybe formatted or reset them? Did you change your connection type like wired to wireless? Just asking because a few times I've made silly mistakes. (We all do it) lol

Yes, but nothing that I wasn't supposed to change. Before I was on Dual Settings, using TMAPI through wifi but no tools attach with Dual so I setup it up like I was supposed to. Also the other day I accidentally went into Debug Mode, so when I got myself out I do believe it reset the Debug Settings. Here's all my Debug Settings:

What I would do is watch a video and double check every thing the video shows you to do, other than that. I have no idea lol.
