You can use CCAPI to change it.

If I remember right, in webMAN MOD you can find your CID. But if you just wanna change it then use CCAPI like Kam said.

You can find it on so many things. Like irisman, webman mod, rebug tool box, there are even pkg's which are based around cid changing and what not. You can also use ccapi to change the cid which is the easiest way.
