to be honest psn patch doesnt really prevent bans koz i stopped using psn patch and ps ninja about a year ago now and havent been banned. yet when i was using it i was getting banned every 3 - 4 months. but everyone has their own opinion

yes i no mate but this guys a beginner plus hes a kid he needs use psn patch unless he want keep buyin non private console ids anyway yes everyone to thier own opinion but i do know u go n play b ops 2 without disable cfw and see what happens
