This error occurs cuz Dex can't go online, to bypass this you have to spoof Eid

Open Rebug Toolbox > All the way to the right > all the way down > Click on it and change it to EID5 (CEX)

You can exit out after it's done and you should be fine

you can also spoof cid on startup using irisman or ccapi on pc i believe. i use webman to spoof my cid on startup but cobra mode has to be enabled aswell as webman, both can be enabled in rebug toolbox. bonus with webman is loading games straight from xmb., im on rebug 4.65 dex so id imagine its the same concept

no you dont have to necessarily change your cid, you just need to know your cid to put it in on webman or ccapi. if you install irisman it will tell you what your cid is, and you could just use irisman to spoof cid on startup as it has that option to do so, but thats entirely up to you
