LMAOOOO HI
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay so I just sent my jailbroken console back to the guy I bought it from. At my house, which is in Florida, it overheats every 10 minutes,
I have no idea why! But at his house, which is in Minnesota, it doesn't overheat at all, anyone have any suggestions on why this would be?

Could just need new thermal paste. As the ps3 gets old the older thermal paste will get hard and wont really work to cool down the ps3.

That's not suggested since it's blowing air into the exhaust and can create air pockets within your console... also since the console is blowing air out and yours is blowing air in a dust cycle willl start to build up... a laptop fan is suggested to be placed underneath your PS3... also change the thermal paste once in a while... "Artic Silver 5" is considered...

I'm not too sure but do you know how many Vaults it's taken... since it's not suggested to put 230v into a 110v appliance... and not trying to say that he's laying but since he owns the console he could just think that's normal...

I keep it in the middle of a wooden end-table. And the table is in the middle of my room. I keep my fan on all day. The AC pretty much stays on all day as well.

Is this the Super Fat PS3... those are not suggested since they can get YLOD and have less ventilation...

Always use webman to adjust the fan settings. They'll juice up and get used to it. Works in south west Texas lol
