Are you running CEX or DEX? Is the problem with not being able to install the SPRX or the actual game?

No im a newby and its the mod menu without the jailbreak

Do not use USB mods since if you get banned you are done and if your console can not be downgraded then that's it... not all consoles can be downgraded since some models use a different method of encryption...
