If you're on DEX then you are probably console banned the console ID you bought is most likely banned :/

When signing in through Rebug DEX, you need to go into Rebug Toolbox and then go over to the Utilities tab. Press on the option that says Change PS3ID and select the one that says EID5: 84 (CEX)

Make sure to select the CEX one and then you can exit Rebug Toolbox and try signing in. If it says Access to SEN from this console has been terminated, you need a new CID. So if I were you, I would buy one and connect via CCAPI and set that as your Boot IDPS. Let me know if you have any trouble with this.

I already have spoof 4.76. The only problem im having now is not able to connect to cappi. Like I put in the ip adress and it sayd fail to connect. What do I do now?
