Most GSC menus allow you to activate Force Host, thus always giving you the mod menu. If you want Non host mods, I would recommend using a modded EBOOT such as the B777x EBOOT. You can also use an RTM tool for Non host mods.

How do I activate the force host thing step by step? I do, custom game, start, activate force host, then I end game and Ill always be host?

Inject the menu with GSC Studios. When finished injecting start a private match. Open the menu and find the force host option. Click it and it should say "Force Host Enabled" and you are good to go.

You won't join random games. People will join you in the pre-game lobby so you'll be host when the game starts.
