(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys, in order to use tools with TMAPI, do I need to attach the Debugger Process first for the tools to connect?

I had to do that the first time I used TMAPI I couldn't just connect and be done but after I did it the first time I no longer needed to use the debugger. It's weird for me.
