I remember being able to connect tmapi to ps3 by making LAN cable go from ps3 to router but now i keep getting this error opening socket to target error. Please help!

Bridge the connections in Network and Sharing Center once you connect the PS3 to PC.

the point was that i don't want to use the LAN cable from PS3 to PC to use TMAPI because it makes my internet LAG like hell, i have been able to connect LAN cable going from modem to ps3 directly before but not now.

I just Bridged connection from PS3 to modem and i still get that error opening socket for target result: 4 etc..

Try using CCAPI. It doesn't slow your computer down.
