So when I start up my jailbroken I get the whole your file system is corrupt so I click restore file system so i wait a good 4 minutes then it reaches 100% then it switches to a black screen i wait about 10-15 minutes then it restarts and loops back to corrupted file system ive been searching for a solution for atleast 2 weeks no luck please help!

What will happen if i use the incorrect one just wont work or what?

Alright yea just add that into PS3/UPDATE/place file here and rename it to PS3UPDAT.PUP :p

so for rogero it says this with the version i had HDD can be swapped/changed and the CFW will re-install without any problem. what is that referring to if need be i have plenty of HDD just dont know how to get the CFW on them.

Yea you should be able to install it no problem when switching HDDs. Just make sure you have the USB setup and plugged in when you go to turn on the PS3 after you switch the HDD
