If you have not solved yet, probably you have purchased/received a wrong cid.

I think you were sold a false IDPS(CID) which means it is an invalid one...

that error is due to 2 things, an invalid cid, or ur cid is set to dex mode, since u are on cex i would say that u have set an invalid cid. if u have purchased that cid i recommen u contact the seller and get him to give u another one, either that or u ,may have accidentally set the wrong cid, go over the characters or ur cid and make sure they are all correct

go to rebug tool box disable your cobra mode and check your sytem there should revert back to dex then enable cobra then spoof cid in rebug tool box again to cex

ur cid is either wrong or set to dex, if you are on dex go into rebug toolbox and set to eid0 (cex) should say tht rin rebug toolbox, if u are on cex goto the person that sold u the new cid and complain
