Yes, there is a way, actually.
First, you need Multiman.
Next, open Multiman and put the CD inside the PS3, or if it is already is, then that's fine too.
After that, you want to find the game under the game tab of Multiman and press on Triangle. You should see a menu come up. Try to find Copy or Backup in that menu. Once you do, just press it on and it should start backing up the CD to the HDD. If it aborts, that means the CD is not clean and needs to be cleaned.
