I guess the title is pretty much my question. I hope I am posting it in the right place here. Only my second time posting here. I'm new, so be gentle. Anyways... I just got banned for the first time, (error code 8002A231), and now I need to get my CID and PSID changed, but I am unaware of where to go do that. I have been steered to EBAY by people, but thought I would get the opinion of you guys first. I have the Console Manager CCAPI 2.60 installed so I think I am ready to go. I don't mind paying for a new number, I just want somebody reliable.

Also, since I am here, this is just a little off topic, but I will throw it out there anyways. About a week ago while playing GTA5, my mic all of a sudden started cutting out and the game is glitching worse than normal. Doesn't matter if I am on a jailbroken PS3 or regular one. (I have both). I bought a new mic today hoping that was the problem, but no dice. I am hoping it's not an internet issue. But I've been playing for a year and a half now and haven't changed a thing with mics or internet server/companies, and it started out of nowhere.

You can buy off of eBay but you might find them expensive. I've seen a lot of them go for $40. You can find reliable people for $20. That saves you enough money to buy another CID. All I can tell you is that some other forums allow this.

As for your GTA 5 problem, it might be your connection. Try moving your PS3 using a wired connection to your router and see how it does.

They are not sold on NGU... however, you can get them from other sites such as Amazor or Ebay... also, I would suggest extracting them yourself since they can be easily sold to other people... if your microphone is getting cut off constantly it may be a connection issue or with your ISP... I would suggest restating your router...

I do sell Console IDs on ebay, you'll probably find me. I do sell them at a responsible for a Private. eBay is probably the best for that kind of stuff even if you don't buy from me!
