I am already jailbroken I just wanted to switch custom firmware however I downgraded then got to 3.55 official firmware and I don't know what file I need to get back to custom because I've never updated to custom firmware before

I linked you a download to 3.55 OFW. I have reuploaded it to Mediafire and you can download it You must login or register to view this content. What you want to do is download that and take the contents of the RAR file and extract it. You should have a folder that says Official 3.55 OFW. Open it. After that, take the folder named PS3 and put it on your USB. It has the UPDATE folder and PS3UPDAT.PUP inside of it already, so you don't need to worry about that. Let me know if you have any trouble with it.
