Your local Craigslist is the closest to getting a jailbroken PS3 but I don't recommend it because you can end up getting a console banned CFW PS3 because there is a high chance the seller already sold or gave away the PS3's console ID. Just buy a 3.55 OFW PS3 or have someone jailbreak your PS3 for you.
