So i finally managed to get ps2 iso files to run on my dex console and the games run perfectly, no freezes, errors, etc. But, i only started playing ps2 games on my ps3 for 1 purpose and for 1 game, Final Fantasy 12. While running FF12 on my ps3 i noticed a lot of audio delays or audio bugs. If anyone has ever played the game then they would know the sound of clicking on specific commands on the battle menu or when you save a game. The BIGGEST audio bug that i just can't seem to stand or fathom is when i'm in the battle menu or character menu and i'm clicking on specific commands, when you click on most of the commands in the game it will make a small sound, basically notifying it registered the command. But when i do hear that sound it overplays 5 times over every time i click on a command, its very annoying and when i run FF12 on a ps2 emulator for the PC it doesn't make any of those audio lags or delays. I'm on the forums looking for a solution to the problem, possibly i could remove the sound? mabe there is a way to access the ps2 iso files and edit them to my liking? I heard that with ps2 iso or ps2 classics running on ps3 there WILL be some audio lag but this is just one i cannot stand. FF12 is my favorite video game ever and i want to play it peacefully. If anyone has a solution to this please reply to this forum post, It'd be much appreciated. If anyone wants to hear this annoying sound just look up this video on youtube called "Launch Final Fantasy XII on PS3" REMEMBER: When you click on most options in the game you will hear an overlapping audio that replays 5 times over. Thanks for reading this post and have a good one!
