Does anyone know a download for psita that works for 4.46 dex because i tried downloading it from brewoligy but it gave me an error when trying to install the package file so if anyone could help me that would be great!!

Try downloading an earlier version. I don't think the latest supports 4.46 firmware. If I were you, I would recommend updating your firmware to a higher Rebug firmware such as 4.70.1 D-REX.

Thats what mayhem modding told me to do but damn its risky because if it messes up the guy who sold it to me would void the 1 month warranty

It won't do anything. All you have to do is download the 4.70.1 D-REX PUP File and put it on a USB. In that USB, make a folder called PS3. In that folder, make another one called UPDATE. Inside the UPDATE folder, put the PUP file and rename it to PS3UPDAT.PUP. Make sure everything is capitalized that same way. After that, simply go to the recovery menu and update through there to make sure you don't brick your PS3. Let me know if you need any help.

You can get PS3ITA from brewology... check to see if it supports your CFW as well.
