You just said earlier in your post you were on 4.46 Rebug D-REX. Anyway, the latest version of CCAPI, Rev 7, supports 4.76 CFW. So you may have downloaded Rev 6 which does not support it.

On the developer's website it will have all the supported specification on the supported PS3 CFW... such as if Habib Cobra is suitable and so on...

It worked!! But now my ps3 froze and wont turn off should i unplug it or will the file corrupt?

If your PS3 froze then just simply unplug it if you can't turn it off remotely.... your PS3 won't be corrupt...
