You can't avoid it really all you can do is what you've stated... are you using a shared IDPS by any chance?

yeah gta5 i find is a bit unpresictable with its bans, i once played for like 3 hrs and got banned, then i played for like 3months without being banned. it all depends what u do, like if u make it ovious that u are modding the game will detect it and so will other players and report u (if u can, idk i dont play gta much) then u would get banned
