u need to use filezilla on pc then connect to ur ps3 ip adress alwaays have multiman running or rebug toolbox if u dont filezilla wil not connect once connected ule see dev hddo surely

Can you connect successfully via FTP? Also, does the folder not show up or what?

You will have to create the packages folder then.

Solved! I went on rebug toolbox and in "utilities" section I found "create packages folder"
