try reseting your internet settings on ur ps3 and reset ur router and stuff, it wouldnt be ur cid being shared otherwise ud probs be banned

i have done all this many times slightly better results now but not back to how it used to be

Are you sure you arent force hosting?

No im not force hosting but even sometimes when i do i can neverrr find a game and this never used to happen, people used to be able to find me quite quick i want to know why i am am joining americans all the time now, because i never used to, and believe this is the reason for the connection being bad

i think it might be when i have rtm tools connected i cant connect to anyone when i dont connection is fine, why is this?

I've got the same Problem
My PS3 SLIM ofw has 85%
My PS3 Phat CFW has 50%
Same place.. Is it some settings in the cfw or any other solutions, my NAT is open also on phat so i dont understand , im running on 4.70 Rebug DEX/CEX
