the eboot didn't work

Delete the game and reinstall it. Do NOT overwrite any of the files when you reinstall. Launch the game and see if it is working. You may have put a BLES EBOOT.BIN and you could be on BLUS.

I'm on bles but it was working earlier with riptide ultra but just when I put tesseract it did it so I'm trying to install riptide again

Tesseract is only compatible with DEX. Are you on DEX?
