u need an e3 flasher for that as well to extract its id from its dump

If the ps3 is on firmware 4.66 or lower you can use a application to extract the idps.bin from it.

Yes, if an ofw console is 4.66 or lower you can get the idps.bin using a proxy.

I dont think I can give it to you on here. But i'm sure you will find it on google. Also I have seen youtube videos on it.
