I don't think it will affect the cfw if you build the database.
I think that happened to me once but I don't remember what I did.
Try doing some more research on google or see if someone can help even more here.

rebuilding your data base shouldn't mess anything up im on4.70 dex also and i never encountered a problem after doing so
