Have you made sure that those tools that you are using are compatible with your console (CEX/DEX)... if your using CCAPI make sure that your IP is the same do that as on your PS3 and PC...

I've made sure everything is right, Its on ccapi and it says some sort of error e.g "Could not connect/attach"

CCAPI connects perfectly, but when i try to use an mw3 rtm tool for example it doesn't connect.

Try updating the CCAPI.dll since you could have CCAPI 2.60 and those tools could have CCAPI 2.50 thus causing this problem. Find a tool that connects with you and overwrite the CCAPI.dll in the MW3 tool.
