Alright so let's get to your problem, you can't sign in? What exactly are you running? Rebug 4.75?
If you do, check your rebug toolbox and make sure it is setup correctly, otherwise make sure your console is not banned.

im not using rebug 4,75 im still on 3.55 and dont know what i should do from here

You cannot sign in on a 3.55 Firmware. You need to be on a higher firmware. Are you sure you are on 3.55 DEX?

Try downloading Rebug Toolbox and installing it as a package file. Once you do, start it up and view your PS3 information. Tell me what it says for your LV2 Kernel and your Target Type.

you could try a spoofer if you dont have one, but really you should QA if you arent already and go to the latest cex or dex...if you are on dex you could try rebug 4.75.3 DREX. theres really no need to stay on 3.55 anymore, RTM is what people do now..but you really dont need dex for that, you can do the same with cex..

I do not think there are any spoofers that support 3.55 firmware. Minimum 4.76 Spoofer that supports a firmware is around 4.66 I believe.

ive downloaded many 4.75.3_DREX and when i go to update to it it says No applicable update data was found, can one of you add me on skype GankingV to help me, it be appriciated
