What do you mean by "restart?" Simply turn it off and back on.

Okay, getting a new ID aint a problem.
How can I get the homebrew apps to start working again?

8002A224 does not mean your CID is banned. It just means it is incorrect. First, we need to get the homebrew working again. Try reinstalling your CFW.

The error code: 802A224 means the CID(IDPS) is incorrect... meaning it's not a real one... to change your CID(IDPS) you can use CCAPI, PSNPATCH and others...

I would suggest you get a valid one and change it with PSNPATCH following this method...

Step 1: Create a .txt document

Step 2: Inside the .txt write idps= write your 32 character long IDPS here

Strep 3: Save the .txt as psnpatch.cfg

Step 4: Put psnpatch.cfg on the root of your USB...

Step 5: Plug the USB into your PS3 then run PSNPATCH

Step 6: Once PSNPATCH is running click "Square" on your controller and click "X"

Set your CID through CCAPI for the error you're getting. For the homebrew just reinstall your CFW
