Is there anyway to fix this without swapping out hdd or losing jb?

u could try hooking ur hdd up to another ps3 and try formatting it if your ps3 is giving u trouble, or there are ways to hook it up to ur pc and format it. do u know what u did to get ur data corrupted?

I have sorted the issue thanks it was just that hdd it didnt let me format it for some reason.
