(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); im on 4.76 debug cex and i downloaded a rtm tool and it tells me to go to debug settings and change somethings and when i look for them they don't show up. im not sure why and when i go to rebug toolbox and i try to change to cex/dex it doesnt let me it tells me im not on a rebug firmware and i need to be on rebug rex edition... does anyone know how to fix it?

If you are on 4.76 Rebug CEX, then it is REX. Rebug firmwares call their CEX firmwares REX instead. What RTM tool did you download that told you to change the debug settings?

After taking a look at the replies, it still hasn't worked for most people so I would try a different RTM tool.
