if the password was changed then email reset the password

if they changed the email then your only hope is to call sony and tell them the dob and security question answer and explain and they should be able to help

You need too contact Sony. Tell them that there was an unauthorized change in your login information and they will most likely sort this out for you. Sense its your "legit" account you must not have anything too hide. just contact Sony's customer support.
