There are many ways you can change your CID(IDPS)... you can use CCAPI, PSNPATCH...

For CCAPI follow this method:

Step 1: Connect both your PC and your PS3 with CCPAI

Step 2: Where it says "IDPS" enter your new CID... it will need to be 32 characters long. Once you entered your new CID, click set IDPS


For PSNPATCH follow this method:

Step 1: Create a .txt document

Step 2: Inside the .txt write idps= write your 32 character long IDPS here

Strep 3: Save the .txt as psnpatch.cfg

Step 4: Put psnpatch.cfg on the root of your USB...

Step 5: Plug the USB into your PS3 then run PSNPATCH

Step 6: Once PSNPATCH is running click "Square" on your controller and click "X"

those 2 are the easiest ways. but ccapi would be the easiest as it does it as soon as you boot up your ps3
