I go on the PSN store now and then on CFW and I have no problems.

There is no real answer really... yes you can go on the Playstation store but your on a CFW. Sony can decide to ban you since you have a CFW. You won't get banned going on the Playstation Store unless their system picks you up as having a modified system...

there is no definite answer but youre on a cfw so nothing is safe, there is always a chance of being banned
