I'm going to assume that your Blu Ray Drive is broken, correct? Your Blu Ray drive needs to be remarried in order to open PKG on your PS3. Also there is no need to pay anyone money :p

Had the same problem. Turns out the BR Drive took a poop. Had to get a new drive and remarry it. Now works like a charm. If you don't know how to do it yourself, Google is your friend or take it to a local electronic repair

Yeah that's correct I told him to do that on the #2 post... what did you use to remarry it, there are plenty of ways such as using a: PSP, Jig... because you need to get into FSM (Factory Service Mode)
