I think 4.76 Rebug is only LITE so I dont think its supported for DEX. Thats what I think but I could be wrong :p

I might have misunderstood the answer you gave but I am running my rebug 4.76
I was able to change to DEX from the toolbox

Rebug is looking for ofw dex user to make dex cfw this is a fact. Go on rebug and look maybe by switching to dex on there is your problem try starting at change lv2 kernel then dump ediroot then click the option under switch lv2 kernel I forgot what it is called and my PS3 is installing a game and my computer is acting goofy I'm on my phone and it sucks lol. If that don't work then you can install a different cfw that is same 4.xx dex and switch to cex maybe on there. Or you can wait for rebug to come out with dex version and install same cfw of top and then 110% you can switch.
